Details of Continuous Service

  • Subscribers who purchased through store.cricketmedia.com will be sent an email reminder notice before the expiration of the subscription term that provides an alert to the upcoming subscription renewal charge. In the event Cricket Media cannot charge the payment card provided or otherwise cannot collect payment by billing, we reserve the right to end your subscription. You must update your payment card information promptly to keep your account current, complete and accurate (e.g., for changes in your payment card number or billing address). Changes to such information can be made by clicking Manage Subscriptions on your customer account page. 

Cricket’s Customer Satisfaction Guarantee–Subscription Changes 

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may change your subscription to any of our other kids’ magazines for free by contacting support@cricketmedia.com.

Cricket’s Customer Satisfaction Guarantee–Cancellations

  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@cricketmedia.com. Upon cancellation, Cricket Media will refund the remainder of your subscription on a pro-rata basis that will cover the unused months of your subscription. Partial months will not be refunded. Cancelling your subscription will end both your subscription and the continuous service of your subscription. The subscription fees and our cancellation policy may be changed by us, but we will notify you in advance of any material changes and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes.
  • For non-subscription items, customers may return them using their own packing materials. Refunds are not allowed for non-subscription items. For more information, email support@cricketmedia.com.

Cancelling Continuous Service

  • You may cancel the continuous service of your subscription at any time by clicking to Manage Subscriptions on your customer account page. In doing so, your subscription will expire on its next scheduled billing date..
