How do I make adjustments to my subscription?

You can view and manage your orders, subscriptions, payment information, billing details, and shipping address through your Customer Account.

Because we recently updated our shopping site, please select the appropriate account:

• New Store: Subscriptions purchased since February 2026
• Previous Store: Subscriptions purchased before February 2026

Not sure when your subscription was purchased, or have subscriptions in both stores? Start with your New Store account. If you do not see the subscription you are looking for, use the link on that page to access your Previous Store account.
