What does “print on demand” mean?

Each item is made just for you after you order — printed and finished to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Why aren't print-on-demand items returnable?

Because every piece is custom-made for your order, we can't restock or resell it. All print-on-demand items are final sale, so please double-check the details before checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

If you notice an issue, we can provide refunds for any order mistakes. Submit a reprint or refund request, and include a photo of the product in your order.

How long will my order take?

Production takes 2–3 business days, plus shipping. Made-to-order takes longer than warehouse items — you'll see the estimated timeline at checkout.

Will the colors match my screen exactly?

We get as close as possible, but slight variation between screens and print is normal.

Do print-on-demand items ship with my magazines?

No — they're made by our print partner and ship separately, with their own tracking emailed to you.

Can I add gift wrap or a gift note?

Not on made-to-order items, but a magazine subscription makes a great add-on.
